the on-site rental car desk was acceptable and convenient.

the gym required an extra fee for use. this was unexpected, as most hotels include gym access in the room rate. i also found that the tv stations were limited. chromecast never worked either. i was stuck watching mostly news for the entire stay. this was a real letdown.

i really enjoyed my time! the pools were very clean with plenty of seating, and there were also ample towels available. the onsite burger place was very tasty, and i also tried the mexican food which was wonderful too! the bar service at the pool was quick and efficient.

I noticed some minor wear and tear. The furniture seemed a little dated. this didn't affect my stay much!

The room smelled strongly of wet dog, even after i reported it. the staff didn't seem to care and no action was taken. also, we were charged for vip parking we never used. I had to argue with the receptionist to get it removed from our bill. it reminded me of they just wanted us to resolve their mistake ourselves, annoying after already dealing with the smelly room, what a stressful experience.
